Mark Hagan

Mark Hagan founded and serves as executive director of Dallas Providence Homes, a transformational housing ministry that serves battered women and their children by providing them a place to stay for two years after they leave other shelters. During that time, the ministry prepares and trains the women to live independently.

With help from Robinwood Baptist Church and 12 Dallas area pastors, he opened the first Providence home in 2002, the Blessed Hope House in Seagoville, Texas. Hagan recently closed on another house to create a second Providence Home, Emily’s Place, in Plano.

Hagan is a retirement planning consultant at UBS Financial Services Inc. in Addison, Texas. He lives in West Plano with his wife, Edie. The couple plays tennis at Bent Tree Country Club. Their daughter, Amanda, attends Oklahoma State University.
